Beco Gemini Sneak Peek

17 May

Fans of the Beco 4th Generation and Beco Butterfly are really looking forward to the imminent release of the Beco Gemini buckle carrier. I can’t tell you exactly when it will be out, but it won’t be long now before Beco Baby Carriers lifts the suspense and introduces the latest addition to the Beco family of structured carriers!

In a nutshell, the Gemini WILL:

  • Allow a forward-facing out position that’s ergonomic and comfortable for both parent and child
  • Enable a hip carry position
  • Be able to be worn with shoulder straps crossed on the back for a front carry
  • Have a fold-up/fold-down head rest
  • Work for babies from 7 to 35 pounds
  • Ensure the wearer’s comfort with padded shoulder straps and hip belt

The Gemini will NOT:

  • Need an infant insert
  • Have the harness system of the Butterfly
  • Have a separate, detachable sleeping hood
