If I could give Jane a 5 plus, plus I would! I ordered the Pikkolo baby carrier from her while out of town very late on a Friday night and the item beat me home! Jane was so efficient that she managed to get the item shipped to California in less than 2 days! When I had a subsequent follow up question for her about the product, she was very thorough and quick with her response. Shipping was free and she even has a Babylegs special depending on your purchase price. I wish I had discovered Quirky Baby sooner and am already contemplating my next purchase from her! Would undoubtly recommend Quirky Baby to my friends!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with shopping at Quirkybaby! Jane is just wonderful to work with — she’s prompt about answering emails, very knowledgeable about the products she sells, has excellent CS and ships things lightning fast! I have ordered a few things from Jane and am always so happy with the service I receive (and the carriers!). I have returned/exchanged a couple of things and Jane is just so patient and has been quick to either refund my money or send out another carrier right away. I always recommend Quirkybaby to my friends/family and will continue to shop at Quirkybaby until my BW’ing days are over.

Jane is terrific! She spent loads of time with my sister-in-law and I going through different types of carriers and all the pluses and minuses of one style versus another. As I’ve tried to master the two carriers I purchased, she has offered her continued expertise and support. Really glad I found QuirkyBaby and Jane, as it’s made a big difference in my use and know-how of carriers and babywearing! I highly recommend QuirkyBaby!
